Jacob Fatu’s Wrestling Past With Solo Sikoa Reappears Amid Rumors of Bloodline Debut – Selambe

MLW was in a rather complicated situation back in late 2023, as several of its wrestlers asked to leave the company. Jacob Fatu, who we now know is a part of the WWE, asked for his release and is now slated to be a part of the Bloodline. But there is another brother who, too, asked to be turned into a free agent. And it was none other than Lance Anoa’i.

It was announced that Lance had asked for his release, and the wrestler himself has announced on his social networks that MLW has provided him with the release of his contract. Lance Anoa’i is Roman Reigns’ real-life cousin, and they shared a segment on Monday Night Raw in 2019. That night, he faced Shane McMahon in a singles match that lasted less than two minutes. So could he be WWE-bound as well now?

Since he truly shares an actual history with the current leader of the Bloodline, Solo Sikoa. Yes, Jacob Fatu, Solo Sikoa, and Lance Anoa’i share a true wrestling history that makes it seem likely that the trio will soon be re-uniting in the Bloodline.

A few years ago, Rikishi shared a picture of Jacob Fatu, Solo Sikoa, and Lance Anoa’i dressed in traditional Samoan outfits as they posed for a photoshoot. But while many thought that the three came together just for the camera, that is not the truth. The three trained together to become professional wrestlers. They were a part of the KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy in LA, where training is offered by legends such as Rikishi and Black Pearl. In there, they have trained stars including Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Lance Anoa’i, Toa Liona, and The Tonga Twins.

For now, Lance Anoa’i has claimed that he has had no talks with the WWE yet about being a part of the Stamford-based promotion. “[There’s been] no discussion at all, nothing at all,” Anoa’i said. “I haven’t heard from [WWE]. Like I said, I talk to my cousins every day. I don’t know if they have something brewing that I don’t know about. But I just got to keep preparing myself and be ready for when that time comes, and I’m ready to go.” But you can truly never say never when it comes to the WWE and the genius of Triple H.

As for Jacob Fatu, he is still awaiting a call-up to make his much-awaited debut. Possibly the WWE is keeping him until a major PLE like SummerSlam, where he might play an impactful role by joining either Solo Sikoa or the Tribal Chief Roman Reigns. After all, Fatu is a beast inside the ring and can single-handedly turn the tide of a fight. What do you think? Will we get to see the three reunite again? Let us know in the comments.
